Common questions
I have no signal in the machine room.
Pages you have opened before still open, from a copy saved in your browser. A visit you log with no signal waits in this browser and sends once you have signal again.
I did not get my sign-in code.
Check spam, then request another; codes expire after ten minutes. There are no passwords.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. What you logged on a company team stays with that team; your personal team and your library are removed.
